The Autism Center for Children offers the highest quality services focused in two primary areas: 1) autism assessment (and assessment of other childhood disorders) and 2) ABA treatment, with specific expertise diagnosing and treating autism in infants and toddlers starting at under 24 months of age.

Job Description:
As an Autism Center for Children Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) you will oversee Progressive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy as implemented with toddlers recently diagnosed with autism. BCBAs are responsible for conducting assessments, writing, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans, data collection and display, as well as training and supervising caregivers and staff.

  • Reinforce the Autism Center for Children’s position as the leader in early intervention
  • Supervise and train ABA therapists
  • Compile data to chart to determine effectiveness of treatment plan and skill assessments
  • Interact with and provide support, instruction and feedback to staff, parents, and teachers
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and write progress reports
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans


  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or allied discipline
  • BCBA certification required
  • Experience working with the design and implementation of treatment programs and some experience in supervision and training of staff
  • Experience with budgetary and programmatic decision-making
  • Strong leadership and organization skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience teaching or working with young children is preferred (Note: Prior to working with children individually, all new personnel must demonstrate competency in our comprehensive modules of training)
  • Desire to learn directly from worldwide leaders in the field of autism

Our offices are located in Woodstock, (Cherokee County) GA, just off of I-575 at Hwy 92 and in Powder Springs (Cobb County) GA, on Dallas Hwy midway between Dallas and Marietta. Autism Center for Children staff typically spend their time teaching in our clinic, however, treatment also may occur in homes in our service area and local community settings.
